InRange — Support
InRange reads the glucose your sensor already measures, matches it to the meals you log, and shows what each meal does to you.
It says my readings stopped
InRange does not measure anything itself — it reads what your sensor's app records. If nothing has arrived for two hours, the silence is upstream: check that your sensor's own app is showing current values, and that it is still signed in. InRange starts again on its own the moment readings return, and matches any meals you logged in the meantime.
Apple Health has no glucose in it
Not every sensor writes to Health. Dexcom does. FreeStyle Libre does in some regions and not in others — where it does not, use LibreLinkUp instead, which is the follower account Abbott already offers. Settings › Data source.
My Nightscout site will not connect
The address must start with https; iOS refuses plain http. Paste the address exactly as you open it in a browser. If your site needs a token to be read, add it in the token field.
Sharing
The person who wears the sensor makes the code, in Settings › Sharing, and chooses how far back it reaches. The person watching enters it. Either side can end it at any time, and ending it removes the copy on the server.
What it costs
Nothing. InRange is free, and there is nothing to buy inside it. The one limit is on naming a dish from a photograph, which asks an outside vision service each time and so has a daily allowance; typing the dish name has no limit at all.
Deleting your data, or your account
Settings › Data & privacy. Export takes everything with you as a spreadsheet or a PDF; Delete server copy removes what is held for sharing and backup. To end the account itself, use Settings › Account › Delete my account: the account, its backup and every share are removed, and InRange's access to your Apple ID is withdrawn. Your record on the phone is not touched by either. Removing the app removes what is on the phone.
Alarms
InRange deliberately has no glucose alarms. Your sensor's own app does that job, is engineered and regulated for it, and runs while InRange is asleep. Keep those alerts on.
